- 1 1/2 cups watermelon, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple pieces
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Juice and zest of half a lemon
- Watermelon, pineapple and/or lemon slices
- Mint leaves
- Place all ingredients int a high powered blender and blitz until smooth, around 30-45 seconds.
